Starting his career in the mortgage industry in 1995 George
Chapin spent two years researching ways to easily purchase
homes using no money down techniques and successfully
purchased his first real estate property for virtually no
money down in 1997.
George continued in
the mortgage industry and is now the Vice President of
Technology for one of the most successful mortgage companies
in Ohio.
